Keynote Speaker

Over the past decade, I have had the honor of keynoting conferences and sharing my knowledge about professional learning, digital literacies, and learning technologies.

Invited Research Presentations

I am a leading expert in social annotation and learning, and have been invited to share my interdisciplinary research—which spans literacy education, the learning sciences, and teacher education—with audiences at a variety of events.

My recent invited research presentations have engaged scholars and educators at: The University of Alaska Fairbanks; the Emerging Technologies and Creativity Research Lab, Oklahoma State University; Library of Congress Labs; the CSCL In Times of Crisis Series, International Society of the Learning Sciences; the Society for Information Technology & Teacher Education International Conference; and Open Auraria.


Invited Educator Workshops

I am deeply committed to supporting faculty professional development as a teacher educator and former K-12 classroom teacher. I frequently facilitate on-campus and online workshops and seminars about a wide range of topics at the nexus of literacy, technology, and learning.
